Kampa Limpet Fix Kit - pack of 8

An ingenious way of attaching the rear wall of your awning to your caravan.

Most Kampa AIR awnings come Limpet™ Fix Ready:      

If this logo is present, this means that the awning has pre-cut holes in the rear of the awning. Simply attach the Limpet through these pre-cut holes and fasten to a smooth caravan surface. There are four holes on each side of the awning. Limpets come in a pack of eight, so one pack will fully attach your awning to your motorhome/caravan.

Extra holes, to suit your caravan/motorhome, can be made using the Kampa Limpet Hole Punch. This will be necessary particularly when the pre-made holes in your awning are at the level of any stickers/decals on your vehicle. This is not ideal as the Limpets cannot be attached to decals; in this situation, we recommend purchasing the Hole Punch so you can make holes elsewhere and use these brilliant Limpets there. 

Limpets work like a dream; simply unscrew them, put it through the hole in the awning and the padding onto the motorhome/caravan, attach and screw in again (but not too tight!). This terrific technology will hold your awning securely against your vehicle. When dismantling the awning, simply unscrew the Limpets again - no effort needed whatsoever!

Limpets can also be utilised for many different applications such as attaching organisers and draught skirts.
