When you place your order online with us you will receive an automatic e-mail notification of the receipt of your order.

We ship all orders on the week day following receipt of order by carrier or for small items the Post Office. You should normally receive your order within 2 to 3 week days, sometimes earlier or the day after despatch according to which service you have paid for.

Should we be unfortunately out of stock and unable to ship your order you will be contacted within 3 days to enable you to choose whether you wish to wait for the next delivery to us, change to another product or to cancel your order and payment at no charge.

Carriage charges for mainland UK except highland and islands are £ 7.50 up to 20kg and £ 12.50 over 20 kg. All orders once paid, are despatched the next week day to arrive either 3 to 4 days later or the next day if you have paid the supplement. The supplement for overnight delivery is £ 5  but please note despatch and delivery can only be Monday to Friday.
